I never thought that I would always have a yearly trip to Palawan, which started back in 2014. I always find myself booking a one-way ticket. Maybe I am just lucky that I found good friends who live in Palawan. I never heard of this little village called Port Barton. Last June 2017, I got the chance to visit this place as I was invited to. Sweet!

ToggleWhat to Bring as a Digital Nomad? - Port Barton Travel Guide
Port Barton is such the perfect place for digital detox and meditation. But it seems I can’t live without my laptop, as I was chasing to finish a project at the time.
The original plan was just for 3 days, so I brought:
- Lenovo laptop and a backpack
- my Olympus Tough camera (excellent underwater camera)
- Huawei pocket wifi
- iPad
- Oppo camera phone
- power bank
- Snorkeling mask and gear
- 2 sets of swim wear
- Clothes (shirt, undies, shorts) are suitable for 2 days
- dry bag
- toiletries
Amazing, I just brought two bags with me (a laptop backpack and a dry bag), but the 3-day stay became 7 days.
