Effective 01 April 2025, individuals and representatives, including travel agents/tour operators can submit short and long stay Visa Applications for Japan at the VFS Visa Application Centers in 5 cities across the Philippines.

Filipino nationals planning to visit Japan can apply for visas through the Japan Visa Application Center (JVAC), operated by the official partner, VFS Global. The Embassy of Japan in the Philippines provides comprehensive guidelines and requirements for various visa categories, including single-entry and multiple-entry short-term stay visas.
