Santiago Bay Garden and Resort in Camotes Island, Cebu

Last Updated on June 2, 2025 by Roxanne Tamayo

I had the chance for an overnight stay at Santiago Bay Garden and Resort in Camotes Island. I chose the place because seeing the pictures, I loved the ambiance of the resort while I was doing a research on where to stay in Camotes Island. There are other cheap accommodations in Camotes Island but for a luxury feeling, Santiago Bay Garden and Resort is really a good choice.

Early morning

The resort has an area of 2.5 hectares with a place which is very relaxing and wonderful. If you’re just in Cebu City, Camotes Island is a sweet escape from work and noise. The restaurant offers a good menu and the overlooking view of the Santiago White Sand Beach is awesome.

  1. Hi..

I have read other articles on that resort complaining on the services of the staff and more specifically the water supply in the room. Do these problems being resolved by the management way back then you’re there? I eager to go there next summer. Would you mind to give me tips prior to going there? Thanks a lot!

  2. Hi Jay,

I had no problem when I was there. The water supply was abundant. Do you go alone, with someone or a group? Make sure to clarify your negotiation with the motorcycle driver.

  3. Hi,

I was wondering what you took going to Santiago Bay Resort from Danao Port. Does the ferry land near Santiago Bay?
