Later on, I slowly gaining followers who read on my personal travel guides, my travel mishaps, and other learnings on the road. I travel not because I want to get free stuff and free stays from sponsors. But I travel because I want to get to know more about myself, the history and culture of a certain place, and its people.
The wonderful thing about blogging is that I made friends online and meet them in person. Sharing travel experiences on the road and getting travel tips and ideas. In traveling, you don’t need to be rich although having a weak passport is such a struggle. Somehow, it’s not about how many countries you’ve been to. It’s about how you meet those people in certain places and make it a memorable place to be to visit again and again.
